I’m Tammy, and I’ll help you work through the details that matter to you. My studio team and I make and paint your piece by hand, and I’ll share a painted proof for your approval before the final firing.
Your design and order
Save your design in the builder, then review the saved preview, written options, size and price before checkout. Keep the downloaded design copy and add your reference photos. If the preview is missing, attach your saved image or contact Tammy for help. The preview is an illustration, not a photograph of the finished commission.
Timing and delivery
Allow approximately 6 to 8 weeks after we agree on the design details, plus delivery. Custom sizes and fully bespoke commissions usually take 8 to 10 weeks. I’ll confirm your estimated making time before production. Shipping and all applicable import duties and taxes are included in the price you pay.
Capacity
Approximate jar capacities: XS 200 ml (12 cu in), S 650 ml (40 cu in), M 880 ml (54 cu in), L 1,800 ml (110 cu in). Custom sizes are agreed individually.
Please confirm the volume of the ashes with your crematory. Allow extra space if they will remain in a bag. Ask me for help choosing a size.
Handmade care
Small variations in shape and color are part of handmade ceramics. Keep your piece indoors, handle it gently and wipe with a soft cloth. Ceramic color develops during firing, so the finished shade may differ slightly from the painted proof or your screen.
Cancellations and help if something goes wrong
Your piece is personalized and made to order. Please review the cancellation and refund policy before purchasing. If your piece arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact me with your order number so I can help.
