Hi, I'm Tammy.
I hand-paint ceramic urns for the pets we've loved and lost. Every piece begins the way yours will — with a photo, a name, and the story of a companion who mattered.
I started Farbe because I couldn't find a memorial that felt like the animal it was meant to hold. So much of what's out there is cold and mass-produced — and our pets are none of those things. “Farbe” means colour, and colour, character and warmth are the heart of everything I make.
I throw and hand-paint every urn myself, matching your cat's own markings, their eyes, and the little details only you would notice — the freckle on a nose, a crooked ear, the exact orange of a sunbeam-loving tabby. Nothing is printed. Nothing is poured from a mould. It is slow, careful work, and I wouldn't do it any other way.
Losing a companion is one of the hardest goodbyes there is. I can't take that grief away — but I can make you something that holds them with the tenderness they deserve: a resting place that truly looks and feels like them.
Before I ever fire a piece, I send you a proof, so you know in your heart it's right.
Thank you for trusting me with your dearest friend. It is the greatest honour of this little studio.
