Shipping policy

Made to order, delivered with care

Every Farbe Ceramics memorial is made to order. Existing shapes usually take 6–8 weeks after we agree your design. Custom sizes and fully bespoke shapes usually take 8–10 weeks. Delivery time is additional. These are estimates: drying, kiln schedules and design changes can affect timing.

I will share a painted proof for your approval before the final firing. If you have a particular date in mind, please contact Tammy and the studio team before ordering so we can discuss what is possible.

Shipping and import duties

Shipping and import duties are included in the price. Checkout confirms whether delivery is available to your destination. If your destination is not listed, contact us before placing an order.

Dispatch and tracking

We pack each ceramic piece carefully and send tracking details after dispatch. Transit times vary by destination and carrier. Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct, and contact us promptly if it needs to change.

If you need help with a delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us with your order number and photographs of the piece and packaging so we can help. If tracking appears delayed or your parcel has not arrived, contact us with your order number.
