Are your urns really handmade?
Yes. Every piece is hand-thrown on the wheel, trimmed, bisque-fired, hand-painted, and high-fired in our Hong Kong studio. They are not factory blanks or decals, each one is made by hand, by us.
Can I personalise my urn?
Absolutely, personalisation is the heart of what we do. We can add your pet's name, dates, and a short quote, and co-design the shape, colours, patterns (such as daisies or paw motifs), and size to reflect your pet's personality.
What do you need from me to start?
A few clear photos of your pet, their name and any dates, notes on their coat colour and markings, and any colour or pattern preferences. We take it from there and share sketches and swatches before making anything.
How long does a custom piece take?
Because each piece is made and fired individually by hand, custom orders take time. We give you an estimated timeline once your design is confirmed. It is slower than a factory, but every detail is done with care.
What sizes do you offer?
From small keepsakes to full-capacity urns. If you are unsure what volume you need, just ask and we will help you choose the right size for your pet.
Are the urns sealed and secure?
Yes. We offer secure, well-fitted closures with sealing options, and felted bases on request. Just let us know what you need.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from our studio in Hong Kong. Each piece is carefully packed to arrive safely.
Will I pay customs or import taxes?
Any customs or import duties are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility. We are not able to control or predict these charges.
What is your return and cancellation policy?
Because every piece is custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns on personalised items. Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of ordering, before we begin your design. If anything arrives damaged, contact us right away and we will make it right.
How do I care for my ceramic keepsake?
Wipe gently with a soft cloth and display out of direct impact or heat. We include care tips with every order.
