Standard: an existing ceramic pet design painted to reflect your pet. Fully custom: a likeness developed from your photographs, with a digital proof before production. Two-pet prices include the complete piece.

One motif is included. Each extra motif adds $20 USD. Lettering adds $5 USD. Your selected price includes these additions.
Pet details

Attach at least one clear photograph. Include the face, markings and another angle where possible. JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 20 MB each.

Name your selected motifs or toppings, colours and placement. For the listing design, tell us any colour changes.
Check spelling carefully. Lettering is charged only when selected above.

Make it personal

Our standard option uses an existing ceramic pet design, hand painted to reflect your pet’s colouring. Choose fully custom for a figurine sculpted to capture your own pet’s features. Both options are ceramic.

Two-pet options include the complete dish and both figurines. For more than two pets, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the arrangement.

How to order

  1. Choose your figurine option, painted design and whether to add lettering.
  2. Select your base colour. Tell us your preferred figurine pose and design details.
  3. Upload clear pet photographs if your piece includes a figurine.
  4. Add to your basket and check out. Your selections and photographs travel with your order.

For fully custom figurines, we will share a digital figurine proof for approval before production. We will contact you if any design details need clarification.

Design and lettering

One chosen motif is included. A second motif adds $20 USD; a third adds another $20 USD. The selected price includes these additions. Optional hand-painted lettering adds $5 USD. Enter names and dates exactly as you would like them painted.

Made to order

Allow approximately 3–4 weeks for standard figurines, 4–6 weeks for fully custom figurines, or 1–2 weeks without a figurine, plus delivery. Timings depend on receiving your photographs and design approval. Please contact us before ordering for a specific date.

Size and care

Approximate overall dimensions: 10.1 × 9.5 cm. Each ceramic piece is made and finished by hand, so small variations are part of its character.

Hand-wash gently. Do not put in the dishwasher or microwave. Protect delicate figurine details from knocks.

Delivery and support

Shipping and import duties are included. Any applicable checkout taxes are shown before payment. Personalised pieces cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us through the website so we can help. This does not affect your statutory rights.
