Every piece is made to order. I’ll confirm the estimated making time with you once we agree on the design details.
Making time and delivery
Existing shapes usually take 6 to 8 weeks. Custom sizes and fully bespoke shapes usually take 8 to 10 weeks. Delivery time is additional and varies by destination and carrier. If you have a particular date in mind, please contact me before ordering.
Shipping and import charges
Shipping and all applicable import duties and taxes are included in the price you pay. We ship duty-paid, with no additional import charges due on delivery.

Tracking your piece
We’ll send tracking details after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates. If tracking appears stalled or your parcel has not arrived, contact me with your order number so I can help.
If something arrives damaged
Please keep the piece and packaging and contact me with your order number. I’ll ask for photographs so we can arrange a replacement for damage in transit.
