Processing and made-to-order times
Every Farbe piece is handmade to order, so it is not instant. Once your design is confirmed we will give you an estimated timeline, and we will keep you updated with progress photos along the way.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Each keepsake is packed carefully to travel safely. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product listing.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country. These are outside our control and we cannot predict them, so please check your local rules if you are unsure.
Returns and exchanges
Because each piece is custom-made and personalised for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away with photos and we will make it right.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of ordering, before we begin designing and making your piece.
