Shipping Policy

We are a small studio, hand-making every piece to order and shipping worldwide. Here is what to expect.

Free worldwide shipping

Shipping is free on every order, to every country. There are no shipping charges at checkout, wherever you are in the world. We work with a trusted shipping partner so that we can offer free delivery to all of our customers.

Delivery time

Once your piece has been completed and dispatched, delivery takes approximately 7 to 10 business days, regardless of destination country. We do not currently offer an expedited or express shipping option; every order is sent on the same free worldwide service.

Made-to-order processing time

Please note that delivery time is separate from production time. Because every Farbe Ceramics piece is handmade and hand-painted to order, your item is created before it ships. We will give you an estimated production timeline once your design is confirmed, and we will keep you updated with progress photos along the way. If you need your order by a particular date, please message us before ordering and we will let you know if it is possible.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will share your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Customs and import taxes

Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are set by your local authorities, are outside our control, and we are not able to predict them. Please check your local rules if you are unsure.

Lost or delayed parcels

All estimated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or other events outside our control. If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at farbeceramics@gmail.com and we will help track it down.
